What type of photo files do you accept?

Jpegs are great! Just make sure they are sent at full quality for best results.

Are phone photos good enough?

Yes! Most of the photos I deal with have been taken by a smart phone, so long as they are clear and crisp we should be good.

How long does it take to make my goodies?

Usually, it will take a full week to create and dispatch your items.  It’s always a great idea to order with a good amount of time before the big day, just in case we have any image quality issues to resolve or delays in delivery.

Can you rush my order though?

Due to the high volume of orders I receive I cannot rush any orders through.  You can however, choose express delivery if based in the UK

Can you create bespoke or custom designs?

Yes! If you have a specific party theme you’d like your happy heads to fit in with, let me know and we can discuss different options.  Whether it be changes to the colour pallet or a completely new pattern/design.  Please note if a new design is requested there will be a small fee payable for the extra time it will take me to create.

Do you keep my photos?

No, your images get saved over within 2 weeks of creating your happy heads.
